Tim Bondy, PT, Founder
Jim Sinclair joined Tim Bondy Physical Therapy in 2014. He graduated from Eastern Michigan University in 2013 with a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. Jim is married to Rheann Bontrager and they have one son. He is experienced working with a variety of diagnostic conditions including orthopedics, balance training, autism, early intervention for developmental delayed conditions in children, stroke rehab, traumatic brain injuries, conditions with generalized weakness, tennis and golfer’s elbow, and many more. He has excellent interpersonal skills that patients quickly respond. In his spare time Jim enjoys hiking, mountain biking, various sporting activities and reading.
David has been working with our company part time as a tech for over 5 years. At the same time he was attending Grand Valley State University studying to receive a Master’s Degree in Occupational Therapy. He completed his final 2 internships with McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital and Tim Bondy Physical Therapy. This has given him a well-rounded scope of both inpatient and outpatient therapy experiences. He is eager to continue learning more from his mentor, Jim Sinclair, OTRL, and to increase his knowledge of the field of Occupational Therapy. David grew up in Northern Michigan, and recently married Karley, a nurse at McLaren Northern Michigan Hospital. In his free time, he enjoys playing golf, basketball, and remodeling his new home in Petoskey.
Suzanne joined Tim Bondy Physical Therapy in 2007 after having received her PTA license in California in 1997. She has worked in neuro-rehab, massage, orthopedic outpatient, and home health. Suzanne enjoys building the special rapport that therapists and patients are able to develop during their time in therapy. She enjoys making a difference in their lives both physically and emotionally.
Jim Perry joined Tim Bondy Physical Therapy in May of 2016. Jim began his healthcare career in 2009 becoming a Certified Nurse Aide. His working career began at Cheboygan Memorial from 2009 to 2011, before moving to McLaren Northern Michigan hospital to work in the Cardiac and Rehabilitation departments until 2015. It was here where Jim found his calling as a physical therapy assistant. Jim went on to graduate from Macomb Community College PTA School Cum Laude in 2015. Jim is an avid outdoorsman where he enjoys spending time, hunting, fishing, camping and teaching his son about the joys of being outdoors.
Janet Riker has her PTA licensure and certified in the Graston Technique. After graduating from the Macomb Community College school of Physical Therapy Assistants. Janet has worked in multiple healthcare settings in Northern Michigan. She has also studied criminology and nursing over the course of her working career. Janet has been married for 24 years, has 4 children, and 5 grandchildren. In her spare time she enjoys fishing, hiking, traveling, painting, and photography.
