How Can I Receive Occupational Therapy?
In order to receive Occupational Therapy at one of our outpatient locations, in your home or location at an area assisted living facility, you will need a referral from your physician. Your physician or primary care provider can help determine which therapy approach would best meet your needs. Remember, you have a choice when it comes to deciding which therapy provider will care for you.
After that, an Occupational Therapist will evaluate your individual needs and develop a treatment plan that addresses your specific challenges. You and your Occupational Therapist will work toward the goals that are important to you.
